Rosie is a former U.S. National medalist, International champion and International team member in singles figure skating, as a competitor she was known for her jumping ability and original choreography. Turning professional in 1992 Rosie performed pairs and singles and was a member of The World Professional Team, she traveled the world starring in tours, shows and TV specials. As a coach Rosie has trained and choreographed skaters to National medals and International Team member status. She is the author of "The Professional Skaters Guide" and also writes about skating training for several publications and webzines. Her entrepreneurial spirit has created successful skating related businesses including Rosie Wear, Rosie Tovi Productions and The Science of Training off-ice program which includes equipment and DVD lessons for figure skaters, the program is in use worldwide.
